Michael W. Rushing began his career
as a deckhand nearly four decades ago, and has continued to work in the
marine industry ever since. He is a licensed Captain and began his own
towing company, Rushing Marine Corp., with his father, C.W. "Woody"
Rushing in 1979. He is currently an AWO Responsible Carrier Program
Certified Auditor, an ACC Responsible Care Program Auditor, an OSHA Authorized Trainer and a Dredging Safety
Management Program Auditor. He has also served as a member on the AWO
Board of Directors. In 1995, he started Rushing Marine Service, L.L.C.
specializing in the consultation and training of RCP and USCG
Regulations. Since then, Rushing Marine Service, L.L.C. has evolved into
providing a variety of services for our customers. |

Todd M. Rushing has a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Business Administration. He helped Rushing Marine
Service, L.L.C. get started in 1995. Todd is an AWO Certified
Responsible Carrier Program Auditor, an ACC Responsible Care Program
Auditor, an OSHA Authorized Trainer, and a
Dredging Safety Management Program Auditor. He specializes in the
development of Safety and Health Programs, and Security Plans. In 1998,
he was the co-creator of the First Edition Regulations Handbook for
Uninspected Towing Vessels and is actively involved with the updates of
the publication. In 1999 he organized the First Annual
C.W. "Woody" Rushing Golf Tournament, in memory
of his late grandfather, to benefit both local and nationwide charities.
Since then, the tournament has increased every year in both popularity
and charitable donations. |

In 1968, Roger L. Conner started his
career in the river industry as a deckhand. Over 30 years later, he is
now an experienced Pilot and licensed Tankerman. In 1995, he began
working with Rushing Marine Service, L.L.C. providing consulting
services and training of USCG and OSHA Regulations. He is an AWO
Certified Responsible Carrier Program Auditor, an ACC Responsible Care
Program Auditor, and an OSHA Authorized
Trainer. He specializes in Person-in-Charge of Vessel Fuel and Oil
Transfer training, Forklift training and Safety training of a variety of
subjects. He is also experienced in Vessel Safety Audits and
Inspections. |

Paul L. Nenninger retired from the U.S.
Secret Service in 2002 with over 26 years of experience. He enjoyed
various assignments throughout the country. His duties included the
protection of all US Presidents from Gerald Ford to George W. Bush as
well as their spouses, children and various foreign heads of state. He
has supported and been in charge of security (technical and physical)
for every level of person protected by the service, including evaluating
people for the level of threat they may pose. In his last assignment in
Training Division he ran the Security Incident Modeling LAB (SIMLAB)
that evaluated security plans for a number of permanent sites visited by
protectees of the Secret Service. |

Elmer J.
Callow has an Associates of Science Degree in
Quality Control and is a Certified Quality Technician with 26 years of
experience in Quality Control. He has held various positions in
quality including both technical and managerial. As a manager he was
involved with direct customer reviews of Quality Systems he developed
for controlling all aspects of manufacturing from the raw component to
the finished product. He has been a co-facilitator on training
personnel about the Pillars of Quality. |

Brenda Randol earned a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Education, and taught high school math for 3 years
before returning to college to pursue accounting. She has been
with Rushing Marine since September 2006 as the bookkeeper. |

Cassie Koenig has a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Communication. She joined Rushing Marine in
March 2005. Cassie coordinates the online training program and
manages the Regulations Handbooks. She also assists with the C.W.
Rushing Charitable Trust. |
