Shipping and Handling
Policy |
| |
We only ship our publications to the USA
(including territories) and Canada. Purchases of up to four
Handbooks will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Purchases of five or more Handbooks will be shipped via U.S. Postal
Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, at our discretion.
If you require special handling or a
specific carrier, please contact us in
advance for a shipping quote.
Shipping can be charged to your UPS or
FedEx account, if requested. Please note that handling charges may
still apply. |

Return Policy |
| |
Publications are returnable within 30 days
from the shipping date. A full refund of the actual purchase price
(excluding shipping and handling) will be made. You are
responsible for any and all damage to publications during return
shipping to Rushing Marine. You are advised to to pack the copies
carefully and to purchase supplemental insurance if adequate insurance
is not included in the shipping fee.
Returned publications must be in "as
new" condition. There are no restocking fees.

Exchange Policy |
| |
Exchanges are available for the same item,
or for one of our other publications, within 30 days from the shipping
date. You are responsible for all shipping and handling, unless
the exchange is the result of damage or an error caused by us. You
are responsible for any and all damage to publications during return
shipping to Rushing Marine. You are advised to pack the copies
carefully and to purchase supplemental insurance if adequate insurance
is not included in the shipping fee.
Publications must be returned to Rushing
Marine in "as new" condition.
There are no restocking fees.
If the exchange is the result of damage
or an error caused by us, a replacement will be shipped at no cost to
the purchaser.

Subsequent Edition Policy |
| |
Our publications are updated as the
regulations are updated. We periodically issue subsequent editions
when regulation changes are numerous, or when changes have a significant
impact on operations. Publications
purchased within one month prior to the subsequent edition publication
date will be replaced with a new edition, at no cost to the purchaser.
Rushing Marine only stocks current
editions of our publications, and back editions are not available for
purchase.

Reseller Subsequent Edition Policy |
| |
At the reseller's option, publications
purchased within six months prior to the subsequent edition publication
date will be replaced with a new edition. Resellers are
responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
If there is a difference in price from the
old edition to the new edition, the reseller will be invoiced for the
difference.
Old editions must be returned in "as
new" condition, at the reseller's expense. You are responsible

"As new" Condition |
| |
In all
cases, Rushing Marine reserves the sole right to determine what
constitutes “as new” condition, and to deny refunds, or issue partial
refunds for returned publications which are not deemed (in Rushing
Marine's sole judgment) to be in “as new” condition. |
